The rapid-fire growth of digital healthcare platforms and online medical services has made it decreasingly important to manage critical coffers similar as blood vacuity in a more effective manner. Traditional blood donation systems substantially depend on homemade record- keeping, sanitarium- grounded databases, and limited communication styles. These approaches are frequently slow, less dependable, and fail to respond effectively during exigency situations. This paper presents a Smart Blood Donation and Request operation System designed to ameliorate the connection between benefactors and donors using a ultramodern web- grounded approach. The system focuses on simplifying the overall process by enabling patron enrollment , real- time blood request running, and quick identification of suitable benefactors grounded on blood group and vacuity. In addition, automated dispatch announcements are used to inform implicit benefactors incontinently, helping to reduce detainments and ameliorate response time during critical situations. The proposed system is enforced as a web operation using React for the frontend, Node.js and runner for backend operations, and MongoDB for data storehouse. It offers a stoner-friendly interface, real- time shadowing of requests, and effective announcement mechanisms that enhance stoner mindfulness and participation.

This paper presented a Smart Blood Donation and Request Management System designed to improve the efficiency of connecting blood donors with recipients using a web-based platform. The proposed system addresses the limitations of traditional blood donation methods by providing automated, real-time request handling and donor matching capabilities. The integration of real-time data processing, efficient database management, and automated notification mechanisms enables the system to effectively identify suitable donors and respond quickly to emergency requests. This approach improves response time while maintaining simplicity, scalability, and ease of use. Unlike complex analytical systems, the proposed solution provides clear and understandable results, making it more practical for real-world healthcare applications. The implementation of a real-time communication mechanism ensures that donors are notified instantly, allowing users to take timely actions and improving coordination during critical situations. Additionally, the use of an intuitive user interface and structured data visualization enhances user understanding of donor availability and request status, leading to better system interaction and usability. Despite its effectiveness, the system has certain limitations. It currently depends on user-provided data, which may affect accuracy if the information is not regularly updated. Furthermore, the system does not yet incorporate advanced features such as location-based prioritization or intelligent recommendation mechanisms, which could further improve performance in large-scale environments.
